I'm a 28 year old female who has supreme wanderlust. I've been admittedly hiking with my 6 year old dog for the past 3 years or so and I've become addicted to hiking, travelling and adventuring to new places. The best way to see the world is on your feet in my opinion. I also love photography and sharing my experiences with other people. My dream is to be able to travel and work and have it be my life rather than something I only get to do once in a while. My goal is to start my own henna business and do that in exchange for housing, money and other goods!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had an itch to travel for forever and due to recent unexpected events with my summer job, I now have some free time to do so. Because of all that free time, money is not a sure thing right now, but i'm hoping and going to try something new and rely on the help and kindness of others to let me stay and share my journey. I also think its a cool way to meet new people and learn about them.

Interests

I've always have been passionate about art and went to WSU to get my degree in fine arts. For the past few years i've been working as a private art instructor and art teacher during the school year and doing henna tattoos out in Seattle during the summer. I've also become quite the hiker in the past few years and luckily I live in one beautiful state with some amazing things to offer. I've accomplished a lot of the most beautiful hikes in my state and want to continue doing what I love whenever and wherever possible. It's kind of it's own motivation when I get to see such amazing places.
