I like meeting interesting people, full of passion and energy. They motivate me to act, and it is not easy with my disability. I am suffering from arthritis and dependence on my condition I use a wheelchair or sticks. Thanks to my friends and kind people, I believe that the world is still open to me, only I just have to decide to leave the house.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is the most interesting form of traveling, where you can feel the true spirit of the inhabitants and visited places. In this way you can make new friendships.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2007 I spent 4 months alone in China. I lived in a clinic Traditional Chinese Medicine. When roommates discovered that I was there alone, they started to be interested in me and I watched every day as they took me into their community and surrounded me with kindness and care. They were not wealthy people, and yet almost every one of them gave away something personal to me. I was very moved and then I felt the most our attachment. After returning home for this trip, I was awarded the Johnnie Walker - KEEP WALKING AWARD. This award stands on my shelf until today - and it is my commitment to keep moving forward.
