I'm Marco, 22 years old student from Italy. I'm graduating in Milan, and I've been accepted at CBS, so I'm planning to move to Copenaghen next month. I'm planning to stay there at least two years in order to complete my degree, but after that I haven't decided yet where to go. During my studies I will also find a job to not have to ask my parents any money because I want to be independent.
This will be my first experience of living in another country for so long and I'm very excited about this and I'm not looking just for a roommate, but also a friend that can help me and that want to share his daily life.
I'm a friendly and openminded person and I like to interact with people.
I love to travel all around the world and discover always something new. I also love sports, and music (especially folk and country music).
I like cooking, and I'm open to different cuisines. I'm not the kind of person that want to hang out everyday, I like to stay home and relax with some chill music and a friend to talk with.
I love to take of people and one day in the future I would like to join a voluntary group somewhere in the world. Indeed I love to take care of poor people and see their smiles after doing something good. It makes me feel better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided to join couchsurfing to meet new people and make new friends and the city that will host me for the next two years. I think this is a great occasion to know people, that maybe could help me in finding something more permanent.

Music, Movies, and Books

In the last few years I've started reading more constantly. I can say that my favourite author is Murakami.
As the music, I love the most indie, folk and country music, and in general any kind of music that make feel relaxed. My favourite group is Mumford and Sons, and their concert is the first I've ever been in my whole life.
Regarding the films, I haven't a particular favourite film, but the films of Nolan are all beautiful for me. I like the most thriller films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most incredible thing I've done is a 12 hours hiking in Odda, Norway, to see the best place I've seen (Trolltunga). It was a big effort, but I think that for the things you care the most there is nothing that is too much.
I've a real passion for mountains, cliffs and in general anything that can make me see the world from the top.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a very responsible person. I very good in taking care of the house. I love to cook, and probably in another life I'll be a chef :)
