I usually live in Sardinia, a wonderful island in the Mediterranean Sea. I love meeting people from all around the world, learn from cultures different than mine, discussing abount the life, universe, travelling and freedom. I practice ashtanga yoga, write books, and you will discover the rest in case you decide to spend a little bit of your time with me :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived with 12 people for one year far away from any form of life (even bacterium or virus), in the most extreme place on Earth: -80°C, no Sun for three months in a row, lack of oxigen, dry air, no possibility to be rescue for 9 months. We where the most isolated people on Earth, more than the astronauts on space.
