Hey, you can call me Marco, I'm an Argentinian living in Chile. Growing up I lived in Puerto Rico and Spain before finishing in Santiago, Chile. I get along very well with people, no mater what their interests are, because I love learning new things, discovering new cultures and finding new hobbies! I also enjoy listening to stories and sharing my own, and I think that meeting new people is the only way to continue creating great stories.

I really like nature, sports, outside activities, hanging out with people and having some drinks with good conversation. Going to some party is also a good option from time to time :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be on a kind of a road trip through California and to really discover it I want to meet local people, specially on the days I will be visiting the National Parks area, because life away from big cities always interested me. I also prefer sharing with people than being all day traveling alone.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I listen to all kind of music and also like to play guitar. Spotify told me that my top 2019 band was alt-J.

Movies: I really enjoy going to the cinema or a good movie, specially if it is from Cristopher Nolan or Quentin Tarantino.

Favorite Book: The Catcher in the Rye. I also like any text I can learn about it.

I've been on 7 schools and competed on a national rowing championship .

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share culture of countries I had the chance to lived on, some (probably not so good) meal made by me, and the car I will be renting to go to some cool places. It would be great if you joined me to the closest National Park , but if you are not in the mood we can do whatever you propose when I come back from there.

Of course I also will be sharing you a place to stay in Santiago or Bueno Aires when I am there :)
