Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After living almost 7 years in Milan and working in a big company, I decided to leave the city and come back to my hometown. The real intention wasn't it, but preparing myself before starting a long journey. Before the idea was travelling around Mexico and Central America, but finally I decided for Spain.
A year later I've moved to Cartagena, where I've known (I'm continuing knowing) very nice people during my journey.

Después de vivir casi 7 años en Milán y trabajar en una gran empresa, decidí dejar la ciudad y volver a mi pueblo. La verdadera intención no era esa, sino prepararme antes de emprender un largo viaje. Antes la idea era viajar por México y Centroamérica, pero al final me decidí por el sur de España.
Un año después de ese viaje me he mudado a Cartagena, donde he conocido (y sigo conociendo) muchas personas muy buenas durante mi viaje.

Interests

There are a lot of stuff I'm interested in, but the followings are the ones I'm more focused in:
- dances, in particular I really enjoy dancing cuban salsa, son and rumba, I worked as taxi dancer;
- yoga, as physical activity and also as philosophy;
- healthy lifestyle: food, sport, spirituality;
- sustainable lifestyle;
- technologies concerning mainly IT and energy;
- independent information;
- reading books;
- sociology, psychology and NLP;
- staying in nature;
- working in contact with nature;
- of course, travelling all around the world to see as many places and to know as many people as possible.
I also love the Spanish language, the Latin-American culture and the people from those places, so if you come from there I'd love to know you! :)

Hay muchas cosas en las que estoy interesado, pero las siguientes son en las que estoy más enfocado:
- bailes, en particular disfruto mucho bailando salsa cubana, son y rumba, trabajé 3 años como animador en este mundo;
- el yoga, como actividad física y también como filosofía;
- estilo de vida saludable: comida, deporte, espiritualidad;
- estilo de vida sostenible;
- tecnologías relativas principalmente a TI y la energía;
- información independiente;
- leer libros;
- sociología, psicología y PNL;
- estar en la naturaleza;
- trabajar en contacto con la naturaleza;
- por supuesto, viajar por todo el mundo para conocer la mayor cantidad de lugares y conocer a la mayor cantidad de gente posible.
También me encanta el idioma español, la cultura latinoamericana y la gente de esos lugares, así que si vienes de allí ¡me encantaría conocerte! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

My knowledge in music is not so vast, but I really like every kind of music, from pop to metal, from rap to rock, from latin to classic, and so on...
I like almost all kinds of movies except horror. I'm particularly interested in documentaries and socially engaged movies.
The kinds of books I prefer to read are sociological, psychological, philosophical and classic novels.

Mi conocimiento de la música no es tan amplio, pero me gusta mucho todo tipo de música, desde el pop al metal, desde el rap al rock, desde latina al clásico, etc.
Me gustan casi todo tipo de películas excepto las de terror. Estoy particularmente interesado en documentales y películas socialmente comprometidas.
Los tipos de libros que prefiero leer son sociológicos, psicológico, filosóficos y novelas clásicas.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's hard to choose a particular thing, surely it's amazing spending time with my niece!! She is so cute!!! :)
Knowing couchsurfing was wonderful because it let me know many places and people that I won't be able to.
Last but not least, I'm really grateful to have started dancing and practising yoga.

Es difícil elegir una cosa en particular, ¡seguramente es increíble pasar tiempo con mi sobrina! ¡¡¡Es tan linda!!! :)
Conocer couchsurfing fue maravilloso porque me permitió conocer muchos lugares y personas que no habría podido conocer.
Por último, pero no menos importante, estoy muy agradecido de haber comenzado a bailar y practicar yoga.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you my culture and my language, a bit of Spanish and English and something related with my hobbies and passions.
I'd like to improve my English, and learn some other new language.
I'd like also to find someone to dance, practising yoga or do nature walking with.

Puedo enseñarte mi cultura y mi idioma, un poco de español e inglés y algo relacionado con mis aficiones y pasiones.
Me gustaría mejorar mi inglés y aprender algún otro idioma nuevo.
