Hello! I'm Marco and live in Purmerend, very close to our stunning capital Amsterdam :)!
In my daily life, I visit flower- and vegetable growers to give them advice and assist them with keeping their crops clean from pests and diseases on a mainly natural way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Positive:
It's so great to meet people from all over the world and share a little piece of my life with them :)

Negative:
If somebody wants to come over at night and leave in the morning again, so we don't even have the change to know each other...... I really don't see the fun of being a host....

One time, my visitors didn't even show up without telling anything!!!
While I was waiting at home all day with all the extra groceries that I bought!

I like all kinds of music, from country, pop, rock to latin.
Yeah, I've had a salsa course but to be honest.... I can't dance haha!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Pffff..... what can I say???
The most dangerous I've ever done was an illegal night walk in an Australian national park where we had to cross some crocodile rivers in the dark!

I really enjoyed going to the most beautiful waterfalls of Iguazu.

If I could... I would make traveling my job :)!

I can take you around and would like to be your tourguide in Amsterdam, and to party of course.

If you like, I can also take you around to see some of the country side of Holland, to see some windmills or a really lovely fisherman's place.
