I am the kind of person who makes a question of honor in doing little things which the others usually neglect. I tend to be unbiased even when this could endanger my good relations with people. I easily empathize with the concerns of others and I often think about the mankind and its destiny. I am not tied with my home place. I have been travelling a lot since I was young, met people from different countries, and got to know with different cultures: this made me very adaptable and gave me an open minded mentality.

Widen my knowledge is a continuing source of pleasure to me, for the more I know, the fuller my life is, and the better I appreciate my own existence.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't have any CouchSurfing experience yet, I have only met a couple of friends who have done it, a girl from Australia and a guy from Russia.

Interests

I am fond of sports, where I can find an outlet for my nervous energy. I am mainly a volleyball player, coach and referee. I occasionally play tennis and table tennis, and go running, cycling, skiing and swimming. I like to play board games and computer games. I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking and trekking.

I appreciate the finer and deeper things in life. I enjoy reading, watching TV series, and the contemplation about many different subjects.

My favorite TV series are Fargo, True Detective, Rings of Power, For all mankind.

My favorite books author is Isaac Asimov.

I have seen the aurora borealis in Rovaniemi at -28C.
