My mission? See the real life of South America and not only with the eyes of a normal tourist.

ABOUT ME

Hi guys, I'm Marco. I was working in an office for the last 10 years. But I can't do it anymore. I'm here now to see the world, all the beautiful countries with it interesting cultures!

I'm an easy going person, very happy, I love to lough and have fun! I am a friendly and very sociable person. I love to see the world and meet a lot of interesting people from all over the world!

Oh - and I love languages! I hope I can practice my learning languages here on CS, especially my spanish in South America! :)

I grew up in Basel, Switzerland. When I was a child, I lived for about 16 month in Summit, NJ. But the most time of my live I have spent in Basel. There I studied architecture (architectural draftsman).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new on CS. I have no experiences at all, but I'd love to mak a lot of new and great experiences here. I will start with my first experiences in South America. ;)

Interests

Photography, drawing, architecture, history, cooking, weather freak, food all around the world, diving, animals, hiking, nature and of course: traveling and meeting new cultures and people. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Cloud Atlas is the movie I have see recently, witch is awesome!! I love good movies such as, "Grand Torino" or "Avatar"
Diarios de Motocicleta, Forrest Gump, Dances with Wolves, Reien à déclarer, Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis

Books:
"The alchemist", the perfume and a lot of Stephen King's books are my favorite!

Music:
As music, I love smooth jazz, that is the music I listen to relax.

I can teach you a lot about photography. Maybe you are also a photo freak? Well cool! Let's go photographing together!
I can also teach you some of my languages. And I can tell you everything you like to know about Switzerland.

I hope I can improve some more of my French and to start with Italian.
