ABOUT ME

I'm a 24 years old guy living near Milan. After studying history, I'm currently in a film school, living the dream of becoming a filmmaker.
I find it pretty difficult to describe myself, but if I had to I'd say that I'm a curious, calm, serene and respectful person (I'm an INTJ, after all). Okay, okay, I could have put less positive adjectives but hey, let me give you the false impression that I'm a nice human being!

I have a deep interest in cinema and music. What I watch and what I listen to have been influencing my ideas, my thoughts and my personality for years. Beside them history, philosophy, art and religion are probably my favourite topics of conversation and i always try to get less and less ignorant on these regards. Simply put, I like to think that all this stuff helped me - and keep doing it - broaden my mind and, even more important, find new ways to be myself and act well in the world.

Beside all the practical aspects, I'm on Couchsurfing because I've finally understood after too much time that for certain experiences, like travelling, being alone is great but together - with friends or even unknown people - it can be even better. Sharing stories and ideas is such a joyful time and establishing an intellectual and emotional bond with another human being is always a blessing. It might not happen often, but when it does it enriches the soul, that's for sure.

I've hiked the whole Karhunkierros Trail in Oulanka National Park, Finland, alone on my own for most of the time. Can't stop thinking at those incredible 6 six days, definitely the greatest experience of my life
