About Me

I'm a young, down to earth kind of guy, at the moment traveling Europe by train with my friend Gustav. I'm currently ending my first gap year, in which I've worked at an elementary school as a substitute teacher. In my spare time I volunteer at a small music venue in my home town Thisted, and try to cook as much as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I want to experience the cities I visit as authentically as possible, I believe that hanging out with locals is a great way to do exactly that.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have always loved listening to music, and I consider myself rather genre-fluid. However, if I had to mention three of my favorite albums it'd be Dave's Psychodrama, J. Cole's 2014 Forest hills drive and Ulige Numre's Grand Prix. The last one is made by a danish group, and I'd love to play it for you!

On the movies and books side of things I'm really not that passionate. I like to enjoy a good movie or book, but i can't go as far as pointing out a favorite

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I feel like my whole volunteering career at the music venue has been one large, amazing thing, which has helped people discover new music, make new friends and also helped me grow on a technical level regarding the tech at the venue, but also on a human level.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've brought my DSLR-camera on the trip, so if you want to learn a bit about photography, I'd totally be down to walk you through it. If you just need a portrait, we'll work that out too!

I love food, so learning about the local cuisine, either by going out to eat or helping out in the kitchen would be an amazing experience for me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I spend half my time at home in the kitchen, so any help you need in there, I might come in handy.

Other than that just a great mood, funny stories and maybe some new music, if you're into that!
