Hello! Currently studying as an undergraduate, looking to travel the world. Born and raised in Holland, Michigan, you could say I am a true Midwesterner at heart. However, I have been fortunate enough to travel a considerable amount in my two short decades. Needless to say, I find people, culture, anything, interesting.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Pssh pssh, i'm not going to give you some generic bull shit...

First: Because any idea that spreads hospitality and understanding is one that you will not find me far behind.

Second: I have been quite privileged to grow up up in a traveling family. Being said, everywhere we went, my family chose to stay in hotels and among the tours/touristy side of travel. Everything I have done has been a wonderful experience, I must say. However, in recent years, I have found myself growingly interested in the people, the genuine aspects of each place. And so, Couchsurfing to me is the opportunity to go beyond the tour guide, the souvenir shop, the all inclusive resort. Couchsurfing, to me, is a genuine opportunity to meet the world in raw.

And ok...Yes, also because I know you're an interesting person, that's why!! (Proceeds to give a generic statement)

Life Philosophy: Be interested, not Interesting.

COUCHSURFING PHILOSOPHY: If you're couchsurfing only for a free place to stay, you're doing it all wrong.
