About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Creating Beauty

ABOUT ME

I am currently living in Denver with my two cute dogs. I love to take walks, see live music, dance, dance and dance. I teach middle and high school art here in Denver. When I'm not working I like to go to thrift stores, work in the yard, do projects around the house, hike, walk, read, watch movies, play board games and make stuff. I am really interested in natural building and hoping to build something very soon!

PHILOSOPHY

You reap what you sow so plant good seeds!

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many to name...Favorite music right now Bonnie Prince Billy, Bill Callahan, Wood Brothers, Gillian Welch and Dave Rawlings. I love any movie that makes me laugh out loud. I spent the winter nights watching every episode of "It's always sunny in Philadelphia" and laughed my butt off. Books...hmmmm...my attention span isn't what it used to be. I like historical fiction and memoirs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent thirty days backpacking through the Canyonlands in Utah plus lots of other less amazing things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to draw what you see, how to do Nia (soon!) and visual journaling. I would like to learn how to bake really good bread, two-step and swing dance and any kind of carpentry or natural building.
