Hi! My name is Marek (pronounced car-wreck for those of you who aren't Polish) and I am an active, friendly, and artistic 27 year old human being. I grew up in the city and the woods, feeling more connected to nature, but have a deep love for both. I play music in Canada, and also am a carpenter, nature guide, and activist of sorts, always aiming to spread kindness and happiness through the things that I do, and minimizing my impact on this fragile earth as much as I can (while acknowledging that travel doesn't necessarily do this). I have an amazing partner Sarah, and we'd love to host you in Cobble Hill if timing is right.

I love people, so meeting locals in places that I visit is the ultimate. I also really enjoy sharing and why not share a bit of time in a house (whether mine or yours). Further, I believe in the barter system, so trading accomodation is an awesome way of doing that, and I don't really have a ton of surplus money at the moment so that's an extra bonus. I'm new to this so don't know if it will work for me or not. I did just see a person's profile that asked to type a word to verify that you actually read their profile. so....
