Hello!
I'm Marek, 23 y/o. I was traveling for a long time, but at one point I thought making a break for a while is a good idea! So I spent the last year of my life living back at my hometown with the plan to go for university.
Anyways, after the year I really felt like all of this wouldn't be a challenge for me and so I started to change the plan. I always wanted to work mobile from my laptop and so I started to learn about coding. But because I also want to travel and learn about other cultures, my plan is now to combine both of them. Learning how to code while I'm traveling!
When I'm not at my laptop I really like to explore the area around me. Going into the Nature feels always so good that I can't get enough and I end up being sad when I have to go back to the city.

After traveling for a few times by myself and living in a lot of places like hostels I realized that meeting locals is the way more interesting traveling experience for me. To learn about the city from a person who actually lives there is not only very interesting for the visitor, sometimes the person who lives there also starts to see parts of it from another perspective. And since Hostel friendships are usually very short I thought checking out couchsurfing could be an good Idea!

I like listen to rock/ indie music. After I found a song which I absolutly love at the moment I end up listening to it so many times that I hate it in the end. Besides rock I also like pop music, sometimes classic but I also really enjoy listening to teckno music. With movies and series it's more comlicated. I actually never watch them. I do read sometimes books but they have to catch me, otherwise I stop reading them afte two days or so...

I love to talk about traveling and other cultures. I have been to a few places in the World and I love to talk about it. The most exciting experience for me is if someone has an interesting view of the world which I haven't thought about before. Since I'm trying to get into programing, I would also like to share some skills I already learned on my way!

Even if I don't do it that often, I really like to cook! To have a good meal is really importand to keep the brain going. So it's in the end also the basic to gain a lot of new interesting experiences. To cook helps me to keep my brain free of stress. I would really love to share everythink around it because it's also a great possibility to create new friendships!
