ABOUT ME

I'm a mathematician so I'm a little bit nerd. Well, not completely. I used to be a professional athlete for nearly 7 years. When I came to the University I was due a lack of time forced to quit this awesome sport.
Now I am fully dedicated to mathematics, iaido and to my beautiful girlfriend <3

By nature I am a little bit hot tempered and stubborn. But I hope my inspirations in old samurai code and in some ancient, old and modern philosophers help me to calm down when it's needed and to admit my own mistakes. Thanks to these influences I'm also very tactful and empathetic. Well, I hope I am. Only my friends and people around me can tell :)

PHILOSOPHY

There is nothing completely certain and there is no "only one Truth". In every opinion, in every debate, there is always chance that one's not right. Everything is subjective so one should behave that way be tolerate to others and their opinions. Unfortunately this philosophy is as noble as difficult to fullfil.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am relatively new to this, so now I'm just trying to build my own profile so it can represent me properly.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only once visiting, few years ago, thanks to my good friend and couchsurfer Vit Orava. Four days (I think) in Venice and it was absolutely amazing. And thanks to my roommate also few times hosting. Everytime it was great experience and a lot of fun.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - mostly metal music but I also love classic music, rock music, some pop and even electric and dance music. My fav. bands/artists are Therion, Rhapsody of Fire, Arjen Lucassen, Mark Jansen, Frank Sinatra, Vangelis, Yoko Kano, Akira Yamaoka, Vivaldi, Smetana, Dvorak and many others.
Movies - almost any kind. My fav: Star Wars, Planet of the Apes, The Fountain, Ghost in the Shell, Alien movies, Dodgeball, K-Pax, Godfather, all Miyazaki movies, Stardust, Silent Hill and very special place belongs to The Man from Earth.
Books - also almost every kind, comics, fantasy, historical, poems. But it's very difficult to me here pick up my fav.
