Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love to read romans and books about psychology and mental work. I adore movies where the end is unexpected. And I love classy music like the dire straits, Bryan Adams or Bon Jovi. I adore Nora Jones.. everything you can listen to on venyl in general. Bon Iver is my current favorite.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I don’t know how to summarise all my great experiences. But I think something I could name is the Camino de Santiago which I walked two times. An amazing time and many moments that I could never forget. There’s so much more… and a lot more that I‘m looking forward to!
A very recent experience that I've made is joining the 10-days silent mediation course of Vipassana on the Philippines. I honestly still got now words to explain this experience (how ironic!) but I'd love to share impressions with you.
