Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I started Couchsurfing in the first city of seven on a trip around Europe. It proved to be the highlight of my trip. In each city, the most authentic experiences and memories came from time spent with Couchsurfing hosts. Upon returning to Burlington, I wanted to repay the cosmic karma and start hosting people. I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting people coming through Burlington. Everyone brings a bit of new perspective to the table, and, further, it has helped me appreciate my own city even more to share it with others. Back on a student schedule (and budget), I haven't been traveling as much. But, as one of my favorite profiles said: "If you cannot visit the world you can always bring the world into your own home."

I love the outdoors. I enjoy hiking, cycling, and sailing. I also love yoga and find that it grounds me both physically and mentally.

I love to read, and would love to talk books with anyone I host or anyone who hosts me.

I am also a "foodie" -- I love to try new foods and new culinary styles. I'm studying nutrition, but I'm game to try any kind of food at least once!
