Hello! I am originally from the Washington, DC area, but I recently finished uni with a degree in Communication. I am looking to explore the world, and moved to Australia last year to be an Au Pair. I've been living in Sydney for about 6 months, and am excited to continue my travels. I am always excited to meet new people, learn about different cultures, and share my own experiences. I love all animals, exploring the outdoors, and trying new things! Would love to share my own home and way of life with others once I am back in DC.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am going to be traveling quite a bit over the next year, and I think Couchsurfing is a great option. I love meeting new people and I feel that getting to spend time with locals provides a better experience everywhere I travel. I love to hear about places from the perspectives of people who live there, and get recommendations on things to do and experience!

Reading is one of my favorite things to do, and I especially enjoy getting to discuss the books I love with other people, and hearing different perspectives.

I love most all types of music, am always willing to give new bands a chance, and gladly take recommendations! My favorite genres are usually rock, folk, and indie.
