About Me
Hello :))
I'm margot, 21 and newly graduated in Art History. I'm currently working in a small museum in a teeny tiny village in South West France (1 hour away from Toulouse) and I'm living my very best life here.
I love to travel, mostly solo / hitchhiking trips. I love the outdoors, to hike but I'm also very confortable in cities. I lived in Strasbourg and Dublin (Ireland) and loved the time spent in bigger cities that I visited as well since I do enjoy meeting new people and going out. I am really into art, especially music, also into craft and culture in general. Last thing, I love to dance, I've been doing it every day, proudly, for 474 days :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because it is a funny way to travel and to meet locals or other travelers like myself. There's nothing better than starting solo and finishing a trip with many new people in your head !

Music, Movies, and Books
I've been into disco / funk and indie music lately but it changes pretty often as I listen to pretty much everything that crosses my path.
Books wise, I'm currently reading plenty of social and ecological writings (feminism, social work, sustainable agriculture...) and I'm ready LoTR at the same time lol
Last movie I saw in the theatre was Babylon (excellent) and last I saw on my own was Narnia. Very broad as well
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I asked a random lady walking her dog in a castle's yard if I could spend the night at hers. It was in county Cork, Ireland, in a small town pretty much in the middle of nowhere and she said yes.
I ended up sleeping in a private bedroom after enjoying a delicious pasta dish and drinking red wine with Barry and Anne both in their fifties.
It was my first time couchsurfing (most of my couchsurfing experiences were spontaneous and /or outside the website...)
What I Can Share with Hosts
