I'm an English teacher and translator. Having lived in a couple of different countries, I decided to settle down in Oviedo, Asturias, a beautiful town in northern Spain. I enjoy travelling and hiking, which is why I participate in the activities of several mountain and outdoor clubs in my area, including one we created at CS Oviedo.

I met my best friends on Couchsurfing, and after a couple of years of regularly attending the CS weekly meeting in Oviedo I became its organiser. I see Couchsurfing as a brilliant idea that allows people to meet each other and experience something truly unique.
