CURRENT MISSION

To explore the world and meet people, see new places and live life to it's fullest. I want to find a place that resonnates with me and create community. I believe that we are all here to be of service to the planet and people. As the song says; "All we need is love" to spread it and receive, it is all energy.

ABOUT ME

I retired at the beginning of September, 2011 and started travelling. It was my journey to discover more of our planet and help in creating a new me. I traveled to educate myself by meeting people from other places and visiting other countries. In doing that my eyes were open to a whole new world. I was able to have some fund along the way too. I am truly blessed to have done all that I have done and seen all that I have seen. I feel that I have friends now all over the world and of course the United States. I have not traveled outside of the United States since 2013 because of some health issues but I feel that I am on the road back to being able to explore more places and meet new people. I have put a lot of miles on my car, as we have driven across the United States back and forth 7 times. I hope to be able to return to South America and visit the countries I was not able to visit and go and discover Europe (which is my heritage). I think that I have a bit of gypsy blood in me as did my mother. So far, it has been a wonderful journey. I am back living in Oregon but I am always open to exploring other places. Maybe one day I will find a place to settle down. Right now I spend a lot of time volunteering at my church and other non-profit organizations. Spending time with Family and friends and living my life to the fullest.

PHILOSOPHY

To be of service. To life my life to the fullest and be happy from within which will flow without. Life is too short to waste, so live it with wild abandon.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

***I do not have a house at the present because I have been traveling I can not act as a host.*** When I am in FL, OR or OK I can act as a tour guide. I know Portland Oregon very well and would be glad to help show you around the city and the area when I am there. I don't know much of Florida but I am most familiar with South Florida. I am learning about OKC so we can explore it together.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have used CS and feel that it has been an amazing experience. I love connecting with people. I have been blessed in my travels and met so many beautiful people.

Books: Right now I am reading, The Unknown Mother, by Dielle Ciesco. Three days in Sedona, Broken Open, books on nutrition, healthy eating cookbooks. I like Wayne Dyer, Judith Orloff, Elizabeth Lesser,and many more. I like to watch documentaries, Sci-fi, chic-flix and comedies.
Music, I love all kinds except rap. Not sure if you could call this music but I recently got into frequencies healing you tube videos. Love them

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have travelled across the US by myself in my car 7 times. My first trip from the West Coast (Oregon) to the East Coast (South) took me almost 2 months and was over 7,000 miles. I have traveled by myself for 4 years and have seen many amazing things and explored much of Peru and Ecuador and Costa Rica. I am hoping to continue to see and do much more, but I would like to be able to find a travel partner and possibly a life partner to share that with. I believe that if I was able to do what I have done, that anyone has the potential to follow their dreams and seek out a new adventure. It has certainly been a learning experience and a complete life change. I like to test myself and keep my heart open and be present to all I experience.

It is my belief that we are all teachers and students. I learn something from everyone that I have met, hope that I have passed on my knowledge to those that I have met. I believe that there are no accidents so those that come into our lives come for a reason. What an exciting time.

I am a great helper and am willing to help with cooking and will even help out with cleaning. I also have a good knowledge of traveling on a budget and how to navigate in different countries.
