About Me
Hello there, my name is Maria but I prefer being called Molly!! I’m from a small island in Cyclades called Syros but living in Athens since 2017. I’m an Occupational therapist working with kids. You may don’t know what the fαck is that but I’m here to explain to you...
I’m a very chill and anxious person at the same time trying to find that perfect balance but uhhhh. I really like nature, lying under the sun, petting strangers’ dogs, listening to jazz, soul and rock music. I don’t really like bright lights, filth and racism
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I find out that application recently but I’m very excited about that. I really like travelling and see different places but I think that the most interesting thing in travelling is meeting different culture and state of mind through local people.
I prefer to know a place through the eyes of those who build it everyday

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I like different types of music depends on my mood. I’m very open though to listen and discover new artists and songs.
Here some of my favourite artists:
Nothing but thieves, Jorja Smith, Three Days Grace, Greentea Peng, Ama Lou, Charlotte Cardin, Jacob Lee, Still Corners, Yellow Days, the Lumineers, The Strokes, Chelou, Cage the Elephant, Machine Gun Kelly, Halsey.
Movies: I don’t really have a good memory, so I don’t really remember titles and actors. My favourite film thought is “I, Daniel Blake”.
Series: Prison Break, Rick and Morty, Bojack Horseman, Community, arkane, stranger things.
Books: I really enjoy reading books under the sun lying on rock and grass but of course I don’t remember the titles.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 21 years old and having graduated I traveled alone to Barbados to visit a friend of mine. I stayed there for almost a month. My friend had his own life there so we didn’t have so much time together, so most of the time I was alone or with other locals I met there. It was one of the hardest and stressful experiences and I felt so lonely. At the same time I managed that loneliness so I can earn as much as possible. I met so many locals and had great conversation with them about how they see the world. I felt so weak but at the same time such a powerful creature. I’m very blessed for my decision of trying that trip and I’m looking forward for the next
