My name is Maria. I am a 26 year old therapist, latin dancer and entrepreneur.

In January I decided I want to go travelling all over the world with my business and adopted a nomad life in March. I am currenly house sitting/ couchsurfing all over London while I still finish off my journey here up till September.

I am incredibly excited to go travelling, experience the wonders of the world, the culutres, food, beliefs and nature. Its begining to be a journey of self discovery already and I love to hear other people's travel stories.

I've done a few couchsurfs and house sits and absolutely love getting to know all the different people, different lifestyles and places. Makes travelling so much more fascinating and enriching exprience.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Im currently a nomad, which still feels very strange and new for me to say. I have always love the idea of travelling and my trip to Australia last year inpsired me to do this. I have been lucky enough to find a business I can do online and I love working on this and developing it remotely. Eventually I decided to start my travels now while still in London rather than wait and make excuses. So here I am, trying to figure out how this lifestyle works, constantly looking for somewhere to live and loving all the places I get to see and people I get to meet.

Music: I love latin music, as I am a latin dancer I have developed a massive passion for this. I also enjoy rock (not a big fan of metal) and love going to concerts, classical, chilled, pop, country and oh the list goes on. Music is awesome

Movies: With the travels and my business I don't watch tv as much as I used to, but I do love comedy series like Big Bang Theory, Friends, Will & Grace and How I met your Mother and still enjoy a good movie with nice company

Books: I love books that help me grow and see a different perspective on life. From spirtual books, to positivity, business growth, self-development you name it. I also love thrilled and supernatural books when I let myself indulge :)

Decided to turn my life upside down, and within a month I quit my job, handed in my notice for my place, sold/ donated all my things and condensed my life to a backpack with no prior experience or planning. Loving every second of it despite the challenges, it's all worth it :)
