Hey heyyy! We are Maria (Brazilian, 28F) and Rishabh (Indian, 33M), a fun-loving, multicultural couple who share a love for traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing diverse cultures. We've combined the warmth of Brazilian hospitality with the vibrant traditions of India to create a unique perspective on life and friendship.

Back in 2022, I (Maria) quit my stable job in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to explore the world! The first step of my journey was Australia, where I worked for one year to save money to travel full-time, no job needed.
After that, I spent 1.5 years exploring varied countries of Asia - like Vietnam, Taiwan, India, Uzbekistan and much more.

During my second time in India, on the day of Maha Shivratri, I met Rishabh in a hostel near Ooty. What started as a casual travellers chat became true love ❤️ After 6 months we got engaged and now we are preparing to get married! We are based in Bangalore and we are focusing on exploring India at the moment.

MARIA:
- Music: Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Rush, Smashing Pumpkins and Taylor Swift (the odd one out haha). I love discovering new music, my playlists have songs in multiple languages.
- Movies: as a movie buff it's very hard to pick just a few, but I'll go with Chungking Express, Whisper from the Heart and Frances Ha.
- Books: in honor of the greatest Brazilian novelist ever, The Posthumous Memoirs of Brás Cubas

RISHABH:
- Music: Bollywood music in general (and Bhojpuri music, to Maria's sorrow)

- Books: Harry Potter
