ABOUT ME

Hm, what shall i say? A lot of profiles start with a statement "I am an open-minded person" well, i guess i am. I am more a humanitarian type so I enjoy meeting people also interested in reading, arts and history. I love traveling, though i haven't seen so much yet. While traveling it is not so important for me to visit as sights as possible, though i also like that. What i like most is getting the spirit of the place i am in, plunging into the atmosphere.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to look brightly at the world and see the positive side. I value freedom as one of the most important parts of our existence but i know it takes a lot from you to be free and to let other people be so. I try to take people as they are.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I joined the couchsurfing when I was still living in Nikolaev, Ukraine and to my surprise, there were quite a few people who wanted to visit it, so I started with a nice experience as a couchsurfing host. Later I also traveled to a few places and it was always great to meet new people and stay with them.
Now I live in the Netherlands, in a small old beautiful city Gouda and I want to resume my CS experience. I have a very small place so it's wise to host one person at a time and, preferably, female, for safety reasons.

兴趣

I like reading very much, listening to music. I like learning languages and other cultures. In my free time i prefer to be active - traveling, walking around, doing some sport. I adore riding my bicycle. This is not so popular in my country unfortunately so this is a new world for me I'm starting to explore.

Music - - mainly classical as i have a musical education, Italian music, sometimes rock.
Movies - mainly good old Soviet movies. From foreign - "Midnight in Paris"

I am very much interested in everything that is connected with learning languages and about them so I am happy when i meet people also interested in this. I like to share my knowledge and finds in this field and also learn new things from other people.
