I recently retired as the executive director of the Boys & Girls Club of South Park and have embarked on an east coast bike trip. I will be traveling from Georgia to Pennsylvania. I love animals of any kind although spiders and snakes are another story.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couch surfing because I love to travel, meet people and share stories. I have heard good things from other people and have been a long time member and host on warm showers... a cyclists site for hospitality homes while on the road.

My favorite music genre is bluegrass, but I like most anything. I do not watch a lot of tv and my favorite book is the Yoga Sutra.

I spent 8 months living in France and have built 3 homes which I lived in.

I love learning about really cool places that people have found and what is was about the place that inspired them.

I love teaching people skills that better their lives... building, personal finance, and back country wilderness.
