About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Find my spot in the world and ride it!!
ABOUT ME
I might list a few random things that I love: the sea, being with friends, sunrises, palmtrees, listening to music, my grandmother stories, cooking, travelling and learning from people and places, fireworks, going barefoot, flea markets, animals, life music in bars, snorkeling, full moon rises, flowers, getting lost, bonfires, going to concerts, smell of damp earth, making new friends, sunsets, drinking beer, farmers markets, swimming, festivals, enjoy the little thing of life...
Slightly crazy, open-minded person with always an smile in her face who loves meeting new people and discover new places! :)))) I am curious and I love to be rushed away on adventures but I also value being with family and friends.
PHILOSOPHY
Learn from people I meet. Do good things. Share and exchange. Try to find the positive way of situations and things (I think that there's always one!)
Make mistakes.
Change.
Try.
Fail.
Reinvent yourself
----
Ever tried.
Ever failed.
No matter.
Try again.
Fail again.
Fail better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My flatmates and I decided to host travelers in our lovely flat in Wellington (New Zealand). Since we've started we hosted travelers from Poland, Chile, Estonia, Spain, US, France, Czech Republic, Germany and South Korea.
While living in Barcelona I've been showing the city in a non touristic way to anyone that was interested. I did that several times with people from South Korea, Turkey, Singapore, Ukraine, Brussels, US and Argentina.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first participation on CS was before heading to India, I asked in one of the groups about my route through the country and they helped me out to fit it with the days I had. Once I got to the mountains, I met one of my helpers and we have been friends since then! :)))
I surfed in Berlin, Brussels, New Zealand, Tonga, Australia, the Philippines, Switzerland and Portugal for now.
I met lovely locals in Japan and expats in Samoa.
Interests
Apart from travelling, I also like to enroll myself in volunteer programs, handmade things, cooking for friends, op shops, good books, roadtrips, picnics, finding beauty in the ordinary, camping, sharing and exchanging, movies, meeting up with my friends and chatting over a meal or drinks...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Brush my teeth beneath a spectacular starry sky in the middle of nowhere in the area of the Pokot tribes in Kenya during my volunteer program.
When I had to go to the hospital in south east of India to check if I had broke my ankle: no one spoke english there, but the other patients had been asking with signs what had happened to me and paying attention on my turn on the line! Finally I was advised by a group of them when my turn came! It was one of the most authentic experiences so far!
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn anything about the places that i'm exploring: people, traditions, food, places, history...anything diferent from wherebI come from!! :))
Im always up to share a complete local experience if you ever stop by in Barcelona! :)))
What I Can Share with Hosts
Happy to get fully involved wherever I can and cook (specially spanish food), clean, share and exchange cultures and language practice!
I can also share smiles, good company and many travel stories! :))
