Formerly a Corporate Warrior turned Wellness Warrior. I enjoy the simple things in life! Home cooked meals and great company. I'm a Wellness, Lifestyle and Performance Coach and have spent the past 4 years following the Summer with my boyfriend professional Paraglider Basirair, spending 6 months in Europe and 6 months in South America. I was born in Venezuela but grew up in Miami, Florida. In-between the summer seasons I usually spend a month in Miami reconnecting with friends and family. I love to meet and share with new people.

I am a big Madonna fan since I was 7 years old. Recently downloaded and listening to My Silver Lining by First Aid Kit, Free Tibet by Highlight Tribe, Something Wild by Lindsey Stirling. But my ultimate go to for any situation is YoYoMa: Bach The Cello Suites. Naturally being South American I love Brazilian, Latin Music and anything I can dance to.

I ran the NYC Marathon 2008. Before that I was never a runner but after training for the event, I was able to overcome that and I still go for a run now even to this day.
