ABOUT ME

My friends would describe me as crazy! I am usually that one person in the room who is full of beans with too much energy! I am friendly, easy-going and like to meet new people.

Currently, I am on exchange in Canada and am hoping to do a little bit of travelling before I go back home to Australia.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very new to CS, but have heard many marvellous things about it! Currently, I am looking at surfing in the United States in December, 2012 before I head home in January. When I get home, I would be interested in hosting or at least participating in CS event in Brisbane.

Interests

I love to play sports in my spare time. I mostly play basketball, ultimate frisbee and go running. Going on adventures is always a thrill and I am also up for trying new things! This is definitely noted by my love for travelling - I like to meet new people and experience different cultures from around the world. I also love coffee and to dance!! Photography is another interest of mine.
Animals are a great interest of mine - I have volunteered at a zoo and one day hope to volunteer at an elephant nature park in Thailand.

Music, Movies, and Books

Watching a movie or listening to music is always a good way to relax! I don't read much but do so on occasion. My movie and music choices usually depend on my mood.
My favourite movies are Love Actually, The Little Rascals and The Pirates of the Caribbean :)
Favourite bands include The Killers, Jinja Safari, Vampire Weekend and more recently The Lumineers. I love being introduced to new bands! Upbeat songs are usually a hit with me :)

As mentioned, I love to dance! For a few years I did irish dancing and always love to teach people a move or too :)
