Hi! Our names are Maria Mulvihil and Mathew Garcia. We are going to be backpacking all over South America starting March 12, 2017. We will be flying into Peru and from there will be trekking around for hopefully one year. We love to try different beers, hike, explore new cities and do activities that get our heart pumping. We are both pretty clean and organized people and are grateful for the experiences and life we have.

We are on couchsurfing because we want to visit new cities through the eyes of a local. We want the full experience that you can't get when your in the most touristy parts of town. We love to embrace cultures and new people and listen to different stories of ones life.
