ABOUT ME

I am from London originally, studied in Leeds and then moved back here. I LOVE London and everything about it. I like going out a lot, but I enjoy cultural pursuits as well as partying. Interested in films, I love reading and I would quite like to get into politics when I return from my travels. I find it difficult to write about myself - so would like prefer to meet in person. I am open to all sorts of ideas, and I'm really laid back, so will be interested in whatever you have to show me!

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is to be nice to everyone, make lots of friends and learn as much as you can about the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I return to London I will hopefully have a couch to offer, but for now I'm looking for places to stay. I've never used CS before, but I think it's an amazing idea, and everyone should do it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am going to Buenos Aires, and then hopefully a lot more places, in November. I'm going to be by myself, which is not something I've done before, so it would be really good to meet people who can show me interesting places, and teach me a bit about local life. I am very easy going, and have no concrete plans, so am open to new ideas.

Centres d'intérêt

I am really into music - I like all sorts, and will give any recommended artist a fair listen. I like seeing live music and going to festivals - I religiously go to Glastonbury every year, rain or shine! I like reading, art, films and the like.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I am quite into folk music at the moment - Fanfarlo, Laura Marling, Mumford and Sons etc. Whitest boy alive, Local natives, Beach house and Beirut are on my playlists at the moment.
I love reading - will give anything a go.
My favourite film is Sister Act 2, but I don't think that reflects my film taste! Will watch most things, apart from American Cheerleader films, but saying that if I have a bad hangover, I would probably allow them.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I've travelled a bit round Africa - I worked on a project in Uganda, which was probably the best thing I've ever done. I have also been round Eastern Europe which was cool. The most fun I've ever had was Glastonbury festival last year - I seem to have more fun every time I go. The happiest I've ever been was when I was on safari in Kenya, I remember having a totally contented moment where I didn't want to ever leave. I am hoping to have a few of them in South America!
