Hello everyone!

My name is Mariah, I'm 23 from Tampa, FL! I love traveling, being outside, working out, singing (although I don't do this well), and am always up for an adventure. I am super easy to get along with and love getting to share and trade stories and experiences with people from around the world. I've lived in Spain, spent my 21st birthday at the Giza pyramids in Egypt, traveled solo through India, taught English in China, and sailed around the Philippines. Life has taken me on some pretty great journeys so far, and I can't wait to see where my travels will take me next!

I think just traveling at all is an amazing thing. I come from a family whose idea of a "trip" is to the other side of Florida, so when I turned 18, I decided to travel as much as I could so just the fact that I'm doing what I've dreamed of doing for so many years is amazing to me :)

TEACH:
I am a very creative person and love making DIY crafts, so I can help make personalized gifts for friends and family! I also have worked with children for over 7 years, including working as an ESL teacher in China, camp, nursery, and babysitting background - because of this, I am very patient, flexible, and good at problem-solving.
LEARN:
I really want to learn how to sail! That is the current goal. But I also love learning about a country or region's culture, as well as picking up some local phrases.

I just love to share and swap travel/life stories with others. Everyone I meet is just so unique and brave in their own way, and I can't help but admire the fearlessness that comes through traveling. I recently made a friend in India, who had just spent two months traveling solo through Pakistan, and I didn't even know that people traveled there, like she was awesome, you go girl!
