Hi Everyone!

My name is Mariah and I'm an American girl travelling the world. I finished university, started my dream career, and hated it! So I've decided to take a gap year (or two, or three) to try and discover what I want to do an see the world. I love to explore nature and spend as much time as possible outside.

I generally spend most of my time out exploring, but always enjoy friendly conversation over a cheeky beer or coffee!

I'm on Couchsurfing because I think it's the best way to meet new people and get a local look at your city. As fun as hostel life is, it can be hectic and expensive! Couchsurfing let's me make quality connections and stretch my funds a bit farther. I also hope to return the favor when I get back to the states and help some travellers out!
