About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Knowledge and Bliss, wichever comes first.

ABOUT ME

I was suposed to be a well behaved, well paid lawyer by now, according to plan. Instead I decided to quit university a year before I got my degree and enjoy life for a while. From that point on I have been a kindergaten teacher, a salesperson, a singer, a writer and I now work in human resources.

I intend to live life at it's fullest until i'm old and wrinkled, and to be touched by everybody I meet and teaches me something new.

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe diem is kind of a cliché, but clichés are clichés for a reason, right?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Someone told me, before I knew couschSurfing, that it had my name written all over it, and it's true.

Interests

Music above all! Also I'm kind of a movie buff, so bare with me. I love good food, good wines, to chat until late ours, to watch a DVD when it's raining, to sneeze, q-tips (addicted, really), my cat, my music, to read and to go out at night in Lisbon and enjoy the sweetest city in the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

ok, this is hard: The Doors, Iggy Pop, David Bowie, Erykah Badu, The Strokes, Barry White, Death Cab for Cutie, Indian Bollywood Music, Joy Division. In movies it's impossible to do a top 5. And books I have a strange compelling urge to read 1984 from time to time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have sung opera at the top of La Pedrera building in Barcelona, and went horse riding on a beach in brazil. That's about it, still have a million things to accomplish.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach stupid words in portuguese that you will never put to practical use. And you can bring music!
