ABOUT ME

I'm a free spirited, fun, open minded, peace loving, health conscious, earth loving girl from a small island called Jersey. I love travelling and trusting in the moment and what it can bring. I love to meditate, connect with other eco warriors, dance, read, yoga, hike, laugh .... LOVE so many types of music too! Just trained as a laughter yoga facilitator and can't wait to try it out on some willing participants!! :D

And just so you know, I'm allergic to cats!!
