Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing in 2009 and was immediately drawn to its community-driven spirit. My goal was to meet new people, try new things, and build meaningful connections. Although I lost my previous profile due to a lost email account, I cherish the memories of hosting many travelers in Ouro Preto, Brazil, where I lived for a while.

En 2009 me sumé a Couchsurfing y me enamoré de su espíritu comunitario. Quería conocer gente nueva, vivir nuevas experiencias y crear lazos significativos. Aunque perdí mi perfil anterior por un problema con mi correo electrónico, guardo hermosos recuerdos de cuando hospedaba viajeros en Ouro Preto, Brasil, donde viví un tiempo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quitting everything, buying a van, and traveling solo through Latin America was the adventure of a lifetime. It was the best year and a half of my life, covering almost 45,000 km on pure passion.
Now, a few years later, I'm planning to do it all again - leave everything behind and embark on a 6-month journey through Europe, hiking the Camino Norte to Santiago de Compostela.

Largar todo, comprarme una kombi y salir sola a recorrer latinoamérica. Fue el mejor año y medio de mi vida. Casi 45.000 km a puro corazón.
Ahora, unos años más tarde, volver a largar todo e irme por un período de 6 meses a recorrer Europa y hacer el camino Norte de Santiago de Compostela.

I'm a graphic designer and design teacher, but I also have a passion for woodworking and I've set up my own workshop. Plus, I love teaching and have taught students of all ages and levels. Without a doubt, I find my happiness in diversity.

Soy diseñadora gráfica y profesora de diseño, pero también tengo una pasión por la carpintería y he montado mi propio taller. Además, me encanta enseñar y he dado clases para diferentes edades y niveles. Sin lugar a dudas encuentro mi felicidad en la diversidad.
