Overview
About Me
Well, despite being a difficult task to talk about myself, I think I can say that I am an easy going person, up to pretty much anything when around friends. I like meeting different people, I think they can always teach us something new about life!! I like to try different things and Im really open when it comes to studies and opportunities. When I finished school, I wasn't really sure about what to study so I started studying architecture, which ended up not being my thing. Later that time I decided to try law but after all I am studying Medicine in Salvador-Brasil. Came to England for an year to study Forensic Science and after this amazing year of my life, I will be coming back to Brasil to finish my studies. I love animals, specially my dog called Bacon. I come from a big family so I really enjoy being around people and can talk pretty much about any subject!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I did not have many Couchsurfing opportunities to guest people (I guess most people don't spend more than one day in Canterbury so didnt get many requests). On the other hand, I stayed in London through CouchSurfing and ended making a new friend. I usually stayi in Hostels when traveling, which is also a nice opportunity of meeting new people. But the idea of culture exchange that Couchsurfing presents is what called my attention when I first heard about it from a friend, around 1 year ago...
Interests
Spend time with family and friends is one of my biggest interests and priorities when it comes to relaxing times. Other than that, I am always up to learn new things and study things outside of my comfort zone. I really like music and some times spend time reading. I enjoy going to the cinema, riding my bike in sunny days...

Music, Movies, and Books
Music - Michael Buble, Tiago Iorc, Brazilian Country Music in general (Sertanejo)...
Movies - A walk to remember - I know its quite cliche, but its always been one of my favourites... Same for the book
Books - The Kite Runner (Khaled Hosseini) - I remember I've first read this book back in 2006 and still remember the feelings this brought me. More recently, an amazing book Ive read is Room (Emma Donoghue)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I know it may sound silly, but stopping med school to come to England is definitely one of the most amazing things Ive ever done. This experience means a lot to me and allowed me to broader my view of the world.. Also, riding a camel in Sahara Desert....
