About Me

I'm a Portuguese business student, who just returned from Erasmus in Ireland and is always looking forward to travel around and see more places.
Did artistic rollerskating for 6 years, and then started to do yoga.
Had some lessons of bass guitar
Turned vegan about a year ago
Passionate for music, traveling, tea, beer and a good red wine

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think traveling should be an experience available for everyone, and Couchsurfing makes it undoubtedly easier - besides being a cheaper way of accommodation, it's a richer way to get to know the local culture!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm pretty eclectic in terms of music and movie genres.

I think my favourite bands now are Whitney, Warpaint, [old] Arctic Monkeys, UMO, Bon Hiver, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, The Black Keys, Chet Faker (or Nick Murphy, wtv) and biggest guilty pleasures: Beyoncé, The Weeknd and Bruno Mars ahaha

About movies, my top is probably The Bridges of Madison County, The Godfather, Submarine, Trainspotting, The Darjeeling Limited, Song of the Sea, Her, Howl's Moving Castle, The Lives of Others and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (ok, this is not necessarily "my top 10", but I do like them very much ahah)

About books I must confess I don't read as much as I'd like to (so feel free to recommend me some!), but some books I really enjoyed were "Ensaio sobre a Cegueira" and "El amor en los tiempos del cólera".

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I can teach Portuguese language and gastronomy (in a vegetarian edition!!), also the very basics of bass guitar and maybe robot dancing too ahah

I'd love to learn everything about each country's culture

About sharing... I think stories and experiences are the best thing to share!
