CURRENT MISSION

I would love to meet other people's cultures, I have read so many books, but I haven't traveled anywhere, so, the whole world it's in my head through literature, and I would love to hear the experiencies of the travelers, maybe I could use some tips.

ABOUT ME

Describing yourself it's not such a pretty easy thing to do, don't you think???....I think I would say I'm a nice person (I know everyone say that about themselves, but in my case is true), I love to smile, and I'm crazy about people with a good sense of humor. I'm very thoughtful, and I'm always thinking about other people's feelings, because I think people don't think about others enough. And maybe, just maybe, that could be due to the fact I'm a mother, although, for many different reasons (all of them about money), my kids live with my parents. I'm very open minded, and love to hear what people have to say about so many different things that happens around us. And I think this is getting too long, so, feel free to ask!!!.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy....I only follow one rule, and one rule only....I think it's easier to follow just one rule, than 10 or more, while more rules you have, more possibility to break them....so, this is my gold rule for life: "Never do to others what you do not want done to yourself", and that serves a million things you couldn't imagine!!!.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

At the moment, I had a lot of CSers at my place, and met others just for a coffee or drinks, and I have to say that it has been a great experience...I've learned a lot from very different cultures, and I have to say that I've been lucky to know such a extraordinary people.

Interests

What I'm interested in???....hmmmm....mostly in books (I'm crazy about reading), and movies, I love to watch a good movie. I also love to cook, and to try new things, so I'm always looking for recipes, and that's when I think, knowing people from abroad the world might get handy....hahahaha.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most of the movie genders, all what matters is that you have a good time watching it, and that's good enough for me. I love metal, rock, jazz, and another types of music, but I'm not so fond with electronic...just can't deal with it. And books??, huh, I think I have read about everything, but science fiction is not so much for me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't think about a specific thing...I've been amazed so many times in my life...while watching my kid's eyes, or while listening to opera with closed eyes....the feelings, sensations...I think that's what you remember the most...material things just come and go.....life is about experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share

Guess I could teach people about spanish, literature and cooking. And I would love to learn about just anything, I think everything we get to know in life, will be usefull at some point.
