ABOUT ME

Hi!
I'm a positive and curious girl, that loves to meet new people and see new places. I have no experience with couchsurfing yet, but I hope to meet lots of cool people when I'm coming to California this summer :)

PHILOSOPHY

Life just gives you time and space - it's up to you to fill it.

Interests

It's a pretty long time since I really had a hobby, since my studies takes up lots of time, but I enjoy to read, to make good food, to paint and write, to sit in a café looking at people passing, party, to go skiing (cross-contry and downhill) and ride my bike with friends. I've danced ballet for ten years, ran orienteering for three and "played" the piano for two. I've always loved being outdoors, especially in the summer. When I lived in france I climbed too, and I hope to take that up. I'm also interessted in culture and politics, and I love a good discussion.

To pick a favorite book, movie or music is very hard, so I'm just going to list someone I like at random.
-Books; Wuthering Heights, Vidunderbarn, the Cider House Rules, Wild Swans, Paula, and yeah, Harry Potter

Teach, Learn, Share

If you're coming here in the winter I can teach you how to do cross-contry skiing, in the fall I can show you which mushrooms you can pick, and afterwards make a nice bruschetta from them. I'm also pretty good with maps and compass.

What I'd love to learn is how to surf, so that's what I'm going to try this summer :)
