I am a Copenhagen-based foodie, coffee enthusiast, and social dancer.

I am currently getting my master in Food Science in lovely Copenhagen. From September I am going to Colombia to do some research about coffee fermentation and I decided to spend my summer in Spain to improve my Spanish (which I learned in Nicaragua while I was during an internship) and meet awesome people while I am traveling around.
