My mission is to share Love, personal growth, and unending laughter, especially during life's toughest moments, nurturing my heart with gratitude.

ABOUT ME

I'm an Italian who's embraced the role of a global citizen for many years. My journey began with psychology studies and art school, and it led me through acting and dance training. Eventually, I found my calling as a movement meditation teacher (5Rhythms Dance) and a transformational tantric coach.

PHILOSOPHY

Since childhood, I've pondered the meaning of Life and, consequently, the significance of Death. My quest for spiritual understanding has been lifelong, fueled by a desire to uncover the roots of my own suffering and discover ways to release it. My pursuit is to embrace a blissful and joyful existence rooted in Love, deep connections, intimacy, a keen sense of humor, and the ability to sit with profound depths.

I'm captivated by the essence of beauty, where it manifests in the untamed wilderness, a splendid glass of red wine, a captivating piece of art, soul-stirring music, delectable cuisine, cherished friends, dancing that transcends time, laughter that fills the heart, and the tenderness of love. My passions extend to the world of art, encompassing contemporary dance, dancetheatre, and the art of photography. I take joy in preparing barbecues for my family, finding delight in the simplicity of a shared meal. The act of giving a soothing massage brings me profound satisfaction, as does my mission of aiding others in their pursuit of happiness.

My heart leaps with every playful bound of my dog, and my soul finds adventure in travel, exhilaration in snowboarding, and inspiration in painting. I find solace and enrichment in the words of inspiring books, and I adhere to the guiding principles of living an inspired life because, for me, life is a grand celebration.

Musica, film e libri

I have a profound affinity for classic music genres like blues, jazz, reggae, and country. However, my musical palette extends even further, encompassing diverse styles from the electronic beats of techno to the captivating rhythms of African music, the timeless elegance of classical compositions, and the mystical melodies of shamanic tunes. In essence, any music that awakens my hips, inspires movement, brings a smile to my face, and reaches deep into my heart holds a special place in my soul.

One of my cherished books is "Siddhartha" by Hermann Hesse, and I find deep resonance with the teachings of Osho. I'm also drawn to literature that explores Tantra and the profound journey of spiritual growth.

To stand atop a magnificent Dolomites mountain at 3000 meters above sea level during the night, surrounded by stars so near it feels like I could touch them, and to be enveloped in pure, uninterrupted silence.
And then, to ascend to the summit of one of those majestic peaks.
