CURRENT MISSION

Although I have remained on the couch surfing website, I haven't been able to have anyone staying at mine because we have been sharing a flat and our flatmate was not keen on the idea. Our situation is now changing and we're going to be living outside Toulouse in the village of Montesquieu Volvestre in our OWN flat. So we'll be able at long last to welcome people particularly because we'll be on path of St Jacques de Compostelle.

For a while though I'm going to be staying in Toulouse 3 days a week for work so i'm actually looking for 'a couch' for 2 nights. Anywhere near Blagnac.

ABOUT ME

MA has been wanting to move back to France for a while after30 years in England. Dave has been learning French the last 2 years in view of the move but he is still in Bristol right now.

We are both nature loving and creative people, David through his music and photography and myself through ceramics/fine art/mixed media.
We have been together for 5 years. Before we met, David had spent a lot of time travelling the world whilst I was being a single mum studying. We are aiming to both live in Toulouse (or South of) within the next year.

Ns aimons la nature et sommes créatifs, moi à travers la céramique et les arts plastiques, Dave grâce à la musique et la photo. Ns sommes ensemble depuis 4 ans. Avant notre rencontre, Dave a bcp voyagé et j'ai élevé ma fille et fait des études. Notre but est de tous les deux bientôt vivre à Toulouse (ou près de).

PHILOSOPHY

MA's philosophy relates to Taoism. She believes in gratefulness, caring and following one's dreams. Dave is naturally chilled, gentle and amiable. He notices and appreciates beauty in all things.
La philosophie de MA est basée sur le Taoisme. Elle croit en la gratitude, l'amour et suivre ses rêves... Dave est naturellement paisible, doux et gentil. Il remarque et apprécie la beauté en toutes choses.

Our experience has been one sided so far because we have always been housesharing. Hopefully we can soon offer a couch to others.

We both love being in nature whether it be a beautiful walk or camping. Davids life is made up of music, either just listening or playing his guitar or promoting his band (Crowhailer). I like being creative, reading, gardening, being with my daughter or friends.We like meeting new people, sharing nice food and a peaceful life.
Nous adorons tous les 2 être ds la nature à marcher ou camper ou simplement ds le jardin. Dave vit pour la musique en l'écoutant ou en jouant de la guitare sinon, il s'occupe de promouvoir son groupe (Crowhailer) ou fait de la photo. Moi, j'aime créer, lire, jardiner, être avec ma fille ou des amis. Ns aimons faire de nouvelles rencontres, partager des bouffes sympas et avoir une vie paisible.

We like to watch world cinema and we listen to a vast range of music from all over the world. We read novels or books on art, philosophy, adventure travel etc...
