Hi there!

My name is Marie and I'm from Denmark. I grew up in a small town in the northern part of the country and have always had a wanderlust and interest in experiencing other countries and and cultures. I grew up with parents from different religions and cultures, which also is a reason for my curiosity. I therefore travelled a lot in my life, mostly America and Asia. I did a semester abroad in Canada, where I met many amazing people from all over the world, which only contributed to my wish to explore more and move boundaries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is my first time on Couchsurfing. My friend from Barcelona recommended it, so here I am trying it. I wanna meet local people in the countries I'm visiting and find this as a great opportunity to do so.
