Hello everybody!
My Name is Marie and I am 18 years old. I just finished school this summer and I would like having a break of exams, classes and grades! So I dicided to spend nearly a year in the United Kingdom (beginning with England) because I would love to learn a lot about this part of Europe, about the language, about the country and especially the people living there.

At last: I love long conversations, good food, cooking, laughing, always a tiny note of humour ( even a great one!), children, animals, reading, music, outside activities - and a lot more !

I love to listen to music but I am really bad in saying what kind of music it is....Its rather mixed: Jack Johnson, Cage the Elephant, Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Convenience, Beatles, Martin Jondo, there is german music I like, Macklemore from time to time, Bob Marley, Milcky Chance, Alt J.....and french chansons! ( don't worry I wont bother you with that while I am with You :))

Reading is great, love it! There again: it's a mixture: at the moment I am reading the Ken Follett trilogy and I really enjoy it! Harry Potter ( still hoping to get a letter), sometimes I find the motivation to read a classic, poems can be really beautiful,a thrilling thriller can be read in a few days but I have to admit that I can easely fall in love with a romantic novel as well...

I wont annoy you with a long phrase about the movies I like :)...just key words: Skyfall, django, Inglorious Basterds, Amelie Pulin, Harry Potter, Männerherzen (german commedy), Whiplash....

my breakfast, a pot of tea, puddings- ok I really have to stop talking about food! You might think I am eating the whole day long- I am not! I just enjoy cooking and eating and I think it's very sociable....
So I could also go running and climbing and jumping if you want :)
