About Me
After 10 years, I finally reactivated my CS account. I used it back in the day when it was free😱 and recently reactivated it when my husband and I took a trip to Norway

I'm El Salvadoran-American and I grew up in Madrid, Spain. I've been to close to 40 countries and have lived on 4 continents.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I couchsurfed around Europe back in 2013 and only had positive experiences :) The people I met in my journey were amazing. Many stories to share.
I recently reactivated my account for my Iceland trip but only found 1 host willing to accommodate us. However, that was also a very positive experience and it's made me realize I should consider hosting couchsurfers.
Interests
I love playing guitar and learning more about music and art from others. I enjoy a good time and diving into any culture I visit.
I used to teach yoga in the US, so it's a big part of my life, though I have yet to find a yoga community where I live. I'm also recently Reiki certified.
I love reading 📚 all kinds of books. Especially dystopian novels 🤓
I am pescetarian but my husband is a meat eater 😆

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I'll name a few
In 2013-2014 | set off on a year of travel. I went around the world visiting 14 different countries, only living out of my backpack. That was when I first joined Couchsurfing. w
• Egypt was my home for 4 months back in 2013/2014 during my travel year. I loved it so much. Hoping to go back one day.
* I've swam with sharks and sting ray in Belize and with Sea Turtles in Mexico and Malaysia. 2
T'l've gone paragliding in Korea twice and always enjoyed it. I might be too anxious to skydive, though &
I° I got lost in the Guatemalan jungle once with a crappy tour guide for 8 hours during rainy season. Me and 9 others had to walk in the middle of the night with only 2 flashlights to share. I had to walk barefoot since my sandals kept getting stuck in the mud. I never got so close to strangers so fast we definitely bonded after such a
survival experience.
" My husband and I recently traveled the entire Ring Road in Iceland by campervan and it was an amazing experience.
