Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love how Couchsurfing turns strangers into friends and houses into homes. For me, travel has never been about checking off sights. it's about the people I meet along the way and the stories we share.
There's something so special about sitting in someone's kitchen, listening to their perspective on life, and realising that despite all our differences, we're all just people trying to live and love and laugh.
I want to be part of that. To give as much as I receive. To show up with an open heart and leave with new friends around the world.
And honestly? I can't wait to see where this adventure takes me. <3

I love creating, especially drawing or photography gives me the chance to relax. But lately I’ve been also into yoga and meditation. So happy to extend my knowledge. Besides I love to learn about new cultures, especially through cooking and learning new dishes but also offering some German cuisine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

🇯🇵 A sports exchange in Japan for 3 weeks. Connecting through sport even without sharing a language.

🇮🇪 A year at boarding school in Dublin. Ireland will always feel like home.

🇨🇭Volunteering for three weeks in Switzerland and working on farms and getting to know the farming life.

🇳🇿 Working in Lake Tekapo, NZ for a month.

🏔️ My favourite: spontaneously hiking Roy's Peak at night with friends for sunrise. One hour of sleep, but watching the sun hit the Southern Alps together? Absolutely worth it.
