I was born and raised in Normandy and left after High-School to meet the world. I lived in Ireland for 2 years and have been living in the Bay Area (California) for 17 years. I work for a nonprofit that supports youth to be the change they want to see on the world bridging inner transformation to social change.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It is an expression of our inherent interconnectedness. We forgot it and now are trying to reclaim it.
It is also part of the gift ecology that sets us free from transactional relationships. As I am transitioning into a different lifestyle that aligns more with my values, I am looking to be part of structures and processes that replace the dominant way of doing things.
I love to host and I prefer to explore a place, a culture, and a language through the eyes of locals.
We will couchsurf our way out of disconnection and all the -isms!

I can teach you French and some Spanish, some basic mindfulness practices and Theater of the Oppressed exercises, flower arranging, Kingian nonviolence, nonviolent communication, French soups and crepes.

I would love to learn about permaculture, Qi gong and Tai Chi, salsa dance, deepen my meditation and yoga practices, whole-plant-based cooking, ..
