ABOUT ME

Marie is afraid to open her eyes underwater and swims like a puppy does, but she cannot live without a nearby water spot (bath, lake). She can not clap her hands to a beat but will sing beautifully off key. She can not quickly distinguish her right from her left but she will always pick the right direction.

Georges will fix your drippy faucet and tighten your loose doorknobs but he will not tell you. He will not let you peek at the photo he has just taken of you but will surprise you with it much later. He will not keep quiet when finding something funny.

We like to set funny rules. We definitely need to play. We can easily live with not much at all, but we absolutely will not be content with not enough. Always more pleasure, a little more icing, and more implication.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, for 2011, we do not have a couch to offer anymore as we will be travelling.

We are not looking for a hotel room, we want to interact with people. We want to make it worthwhile for those who will host us.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have hosted a few people last fall. And it was great. We look forward to be hosted and to cook some nice dishes for our hosts. (Could somebody please tell me a synonym for host?)

Interests

Georges really likes making stuff in his shop. Marie thinks his tall bike is a wonder even though she is too scare to try it! She loves even more the great LED hula hoop he made her!

Marie loves to participate in game shows (a good way to finance her trips around the world), to organize treasure hunts and to play tag with her cats.

Nobody can beats us at Tetris.

Music, Movies, and Books

We like to go to the movies to see three a in row, one that we will appreciate for its artistic content, one that's easy to listen to and one that will be so bad it's funny. We can enjoy almost anything.

Teach, Learn, Share

Georges can fix anything broken.
Marie can teach you some hula hoop moves.
We both can teach you french or share some nice recipes.
